What stays with me…
1. Core values of a system define its arc of evolution. I must define them before I design a system.
2. Balance the needs of all stakeholders. I must appreciate all systems as multi-sided platforms.
3. When giving feedback, always answer “So what?” In its absence, the feedback has no meaning.
