1. Make new ideas valuable for those who like to share, give feedback or persuade others once they agree.

2. Value of an idea is limited by the quality of the presentation. If it does not engage, it will not stick.

3. Smaller groups are better than larger ones. If I can get 150 people to believe in an idea, it may survive.
