1. Keystone habits have a cascading effect on the system. I must identify them in the issues I want to solve.

2. To change a habit, I must redesign the routines. Changing only triggers and rewards may not work.

3. New habits lead to new identity. New identity leads to a new ownership. That makes new habits sustainable.
